Our Charitable Purpose
Testerina Family Resource & Early Learning Center, Inc. is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
We provide early childhood education and childcare services; youth development and after-school enrichment programs; family support services including parenting education, financial literacy, and life-skills training; and community outreach activities such as food assistance, school supply distribution, and support for families in need — with a focus on low-to-moderate income households and underserved populations.
